- How does Pickup work?
- Come in store and look for ‘Pick-Up Here’ signage. Find the bag with your name on the attached ticket or ask a breadhead for your order. Enjoy Wildflower wherever you like!
- How does Curbside Pickup work?
- Park your car in one of our convenient spaces marked “Curbside Pick-Up” with an orange sign. Either select the “I’m Here” button on the order confirmation that was emailed to you OR follow the instructions on the sign to text us. We will bring your order to your car so you can be on your way!
- How does Delivery work?
- A DoorDash Dasher will pick up your order from our restaurant and deliver it right to your door!
- Only available at a few select locations.
- How do I update the credit/debit card on my account?
- Cards may be added, edited or deleted at the checkout screen when placing an order. Or in ‘My Funds’.
- I cannot scan my credit card.
- We are aware that the ‘Scan a credit card’ feature does not work for all cards and are working to fix this with our developer. Thank you for your patience!
- I just ordered ahead, but need to make a change to the items, quantities, or pick up time.
- Please call the store to discuss changes to your order or pickup time.
- I placed my order ahead of time at the wrong location?
- Please call the location where your order was placed to let them know.
- How do I earn a reward?
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Rewards are earned at 200, 600 and 1,000 points. As a Wild Rewards member, enjoy Surprise & Delight offerings such as BOGO’s, double points and more all year long!
- What do I earn at each loyalty tier?
- Our loyalty tiers are Welcome, Fan, Friend & Family. All guests start at our Welcome tier. The Fan tier is achieved at 200 points, which earns a $10 Wild Reward. Friend at 600 points, which earns a $15 reward. Family at 1,000 points, which earns a $20 reward.
- Where do I find my rewards?
- In the Wildflower App, select ‘Rewards’ at the bottom of the screen.
- Using our web ordering at www.wildflowerbread.com, select the ‘Account’ icon in the upper-right corner and then select “Profile”.
- Where can I see my progress (points)?
- In the Wildflower App, select ‘Rewards’ at the bottom of the screen.
- Alternatively, you can view your points and much more by logging in at

- I made a purchase without entering my Wild Rewards number; can I still receive points?
- You sure can! If you are still at a Wildflower, please inform any breadhead and they can add your loyalty account to your order on the spot.
- If you have already left the store or the order was made on a past date, please email guestservice@wildflowerbread.com and provide your full name, phone number, which store the purchase was made, and the check number on your receipt.
- How do I see my transaction history to get a receipt for a past order?
- Using the Wildflower App, select the menu icon in upper-left corner. Please select “Transaction History”. From here you can choose to have the receipt emailed to you.
- Using web ordering through www.wildflowerbread.com, select the ‘Account’ icon in the upper-right corner and then select “Orders”. From here you can choose to print receipts that appear on the screen.
- I see a duplicate charge on my bank statement.
- In extremely rare cases, your bank will choose to apply a pre-authorization “hold” for the amount of your order, and then later that day your bank will charge your account for the actual order. This appears to be two separate charges; however, the “hold” is usually removed from your account within 2-3 business days. If you have any questions about removing the “hold” from your bank account, please contact your bank.
- I do not want to enter my credit/debit card.

- We understand that you may not wish to enter your credit card information, and so we offer the following alternatives:
- E-Gift and physical gift cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
- Can I order through the app or online and pay in-store?
- Sorry, no.
- How does “My Funds” work?
- “My Funds” is an optional and convenient way to pay for your Wildflower purchases.
- Simply preload or reload funds into your account, and then use that payment method when ordering in-store.
- How do I request a refund?
- Request a refund by calling the store you ordered from or visiting us at https://wildflowerbread.com/contact/. Please be prepared to provide your name, phone number, order number and experience details so we can better understand how to assist you.
