WILDFLOWER PRIVACY POLICY

Wildflower is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“this Policy”) describes certain policies of Wildflower and its affiliates (“Wildflower,” “we” or “us”) with respect to its collection and use of certain information. This Policy applies to personal information collected by us online through our website or through our mobile app. To the extent that we collect personal information through other means, including at our restaurants, over the phone and through facsimile communications, this Policy does not apply.

By using our website and mobile app, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Use for the site.   1. Collection and Use of Personal Information. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes except as described in paragraph 3 below. If you provide us with personal information through our website (for example, by sending an e-mail invitation, purchasing our products online or applying for employment online), which is not required to access our site, or through our mobile app, we retain that information for the purpose for which it is provided.
  2. Application Data. If you use our application(s), we may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. 
        1. Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobil application(s), to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
        2. Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s social media accounts, storage, contacts, sensors and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
        3. Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our application(s), we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID and information about the features of our application(s) you accessed.
        4. Push Notifications and SMS. We may request to send you push notifications or SMS and regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
  3. Children’s Privacy. We do not knowingly collect information about children under the age of 13. In the event that we become aware that we have been provided information about a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information from our records.
  4. Sharing of Personal Information. We may share your personal information with authorized third-party agents or contractors in order to provide a requested service or transaction. For example, if we need to ship something to you, we must share your name and address with a shipping company. We only provide third-party agents with the minimum amount of personal information necessary to complete the requested service or transaction. It is our intention to provide such information only to parties who we believe are trustworthy but please note that such parties may have different privacy policies. We may also use information that we obtain to provide you with information on other products and services that we believe you might be interested in. We may release your personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Wildflower, our guests, or others. We will ask you for your consent to share your personal information with a third party for any other reason.
  5. Cookies. Wildflower may use “cookies” to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Wildflower may use cookies to store your preferences and other information on your computer in order to save you time by eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information and to display your personalized content on your later visits to the site. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will explain how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser alert you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Be aware that if you elect not to accept cookies, the site may not function properly or permit access.
  6. Non-Personal Information. We may collect certain non-personal information about you and your use of our site whenever you visit us online or use our mobile app. For each visitor to the site, our web server automatically collects the following non-personally identifiable information: your Internet service provider’s address, the referring URL, and information on the pages you access on our site. We may also collect information such as site traffic statistics and operating system and browser type. We also use third-party software that tracks traffic directed to wildflowerbread.com from affiliate web sites and the purchases that result from this traffic. This information is aggregated and is not tied to an individual purchase. This information will not personally identify you or be correlated to you individually for external purposes. We may collect, compile, store, publish, promote, report, sell, or otherwise disclose or use any and all such non-personal information, so long as such information does not personally identify you. When we share such information with other companies, it is not traceable to any particular user, and will not be used to contact you. If we do correlate any such information to you, it will be treated like any other personal information under this statement.
  7. Career Opportunities. We provide an opportunity to apply for positions with us on the site. Any information you submit as part of a job application will not be used for marketing purposes.
  8. Control of Your Information. We may provide certain opportunities to express preferences regarding our use of information that you provide, such as opportunities to decline to receive informational emails. You must describe the information that you want removed in sufficient detail to allow us to locate that information in our records. Please note that a request to remove information may prevent us from providing certain products or services to you. If you want to update or correct any information that we have about you in our records, please contact us as described above in this paragraph. You must describe the information in sufficient detail to allow us to make the appropriate update or correction. We cannot be responsible for verifying the authenticity of requests to remove, update or correct information. However, we reserve the right to refuse to modify information if we request proof of authority and the requesting party does not furnish appropriate proof of authority. Please note that we can only modify information in our records and do not have the ability to modify third-party records.
  9. Security. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information and take precautions that we deem reasonable and appropriate to maintain the security of personal information in our possession. However, we cannot assume responsibility for a compromise of security, and we do not maintain control over information in the possession of third-parties.
  10. Changes in our Business. As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy restaurants, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Policy. Also, in the unlikely event that we or substantially all of our assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
  11. Policy Changes. From time to time we may use information in ways not previously described in this Policy. Any material changes in our practices governed by this Policy will be reflected in modifications to this Policy. If you object to any changes in this Policy, you should submit a request to remove your information from our records as described above in paragraph 7.
